Commissioners are appointed by notifications in the Official Gazette by the state government for a particular area or areas . आयुक़्तों की न्Lयुक्ति किसी विशेष क्षेत्र अथवा क्षेत्रों के लिए राज़्य सरकार द्वारा राजपत्र में अधिसूचना प्रकाशित करके की जाती है .

The central government or a state government is empowered to constitute -LRB- by notification in the Official Gazette -RRB- one or more designated courts for such area or areas or class or group of cases as may be specified in the notification . केंद्र या राज़्य सरकार ( सरकारी राजपत्र में अधिसूचना जारी करके ) ऐसे क्षेत्र या क्षेत्रों या मामलों के वर्ग अथवा समूह के लिए जो उक़्त अधिसूचना में विनिर्दिष्ट हों , एक अथवा एकाधिक अभिहित न्यायालय गठित कर सकती है .
